Processing Time
✿Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, I aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping
✿ All orders will be shipped in an envelope via USPS.(no tracking included). Delivery can take anywhere between 1-7 business days.
✿The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of purchasing. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns, & Exchanges
✿At this time, All sales are final, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Pre-Order Information
Before you decide to order PREORDER items from our website, please take into consideration the following information:
- IMPORTANT: Payments for pre-order items are charged immediately upon checkout, not when items are shipped.
- If you order a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, your order will arrive at the same time unless you ask for it to be sent separately
- You may cancel your pre-order item BEFORE the estimated shipment date found on the item description page. This is the only time cancellation is allowed, once the order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.
- You may cancel your order for a full refund which will be processed to your original payment method.

- Pre-order items are special orders and can take a few weeks to be completed. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
- We will process all orders in the order in which they are received. Again, we cannot guarantee the delivery date of any pre-ordered item. We will do our very best to keep the information as updated and accurate as possible.
